This cylindrical chamber houses a whirring contraption bolted to a revolving metal disk that serves as its base. Metal spheres and sickles are attached to the ends of long metal arms that sweep back and forth, clicking loudly and rhythmically like the hands of a giant metronome. The apparatus is inlaid with characters from strange alphabets, and smoky wisps in the shapes of these letters rise from the contraption as it revolves. The whole device hums and crackles with lightning!

The Orrery of Tragedies is an incredibly detailed 24" x 30" encounter map ready to be explored!

Originally done for D&D 5E’s Beadle & Grimm’s The Wild behind the Witchlight Silver and Platinum Box sets, I can now offer this map as a digital file for use in your games!

This map is festooned with details, small items, and plot hooks that can be used either in any 5E world, or in a campaign of your making. Throw your PC’s into the whirring gears and spinning electrodes of the Orrery and explore it’s mysteries!

--- Two VTT Jpeg Map files (Labelled and Unlabeled) - for use in a VTT such as Roll20 ( VTT ready version under 5 megs). 

This map was painted at a 1:1 scale, and thus has unparalleled detail. Use it for your VTT or get them printed as a HQ poster for use with miniatures.
